Since the beginning of OSA Impact nearly two years ago, we have always been enthusiastic to have new members join. Now as we grow, we feel it is the right time to create additional structure in our training and onboarding process.
For that reason, we are introducing OSA Impact Leadership Training, a four-week course that aims to prepare the next generation of Odias to be leaders on the OSA Impact team and elsewhere. Meeting twice a week in larger group sessions and smaller breakout sessions, the course will cover critical business training related to all functions of OSA Impact including research, innovation grants, and stakeholder management. We will cover key content related to social entrepreneurship, startups, and deep dives into global issues and skills like conducting insightful research, creating successful deliverables, and executing email marketing. The experience will be both fun and informative, and all those that complete the course will be prepared to be impactful members of the OSA Impact team.
We hope that Leadership Training will not only serve to better onboard new members of our team, but also increase retention rates, performance, and above all, our impact.
